Remote Energy Sessions
Each of these sessions offers a unique way to connect with your energy and body from the comfort of your own space. This work is gentle, intuitive, and designed to meet you where you are at. Whether you’re just beginning to listen inward, or you’re seeking deeper integration and support, these sessions offer spaciousness and insight.
You’re welcome to begin wherever you feel called — there’s no required order, just a pathway of deepening if you choose to explore further.
Mini Energy Session
30 Minutes - Fully Remote
A gentle, accessible starting point for receiving energy work and connecting with your body. This is a fully remote session.
You’ll begin with a short intake/check-in form where you can share what’s currently present for you — physical sensations, energetic patterns, emotional themes — and set an intention for the session if you’d like. It is highly encouraged that you lie down to receive during the scheduled session time. If that is not possible, then I recommend you carve out 30 minutes during the day to receive and integrate. During the session, I’ll tune into your energy remotely and offer insights through intuitive connection. Afterward, you’ll receive a write-up with any imagery, messages, or sensations that came forward, along with simple breath or movement practices you can carry with you.
This session is ideal if you’re curious about energy work and looking for a soft, nourishing entry point into the process.
Coaching + Energy Session
60 Minutes – Live (Phone) & Remote Energy Work
These sessions support you in learning to listen, feel, and work with your own energy more deeply.
We’ll connect live over the phone for a conversational session that includes time to explore what’s showing up for you — emotionally, mentally, energetically, or physically. We’ll end with a 10–15 minute guided meditation and remote energy work, including breath cues and intuitive movement suggestions.
You’ll also receive any visuals, insights, or somatic guidance that comes through, so you can carry the experience with you into daily life.
This is a beautiful next step if you’re ready to deepen your connection with your own energy and explore what’s beneath the surface.
Intuitive Energy Session
60-75 Minutes [recommended 30 Minute integration time post session] – Live (Phone) & Remote Energy Work
A full-length guided session for deep energetic connection and embodiment.
Details:
Session Prep & Check-in (15–30 minutes): We’ll begin with a grounding conversation to set intentions, ask questions, and prepare your body and space. You’ll need headphones and a comfortable place to lie down.
Energy Session (25-30 minutes): I will guide you in real time as I work intuitively with your energy. You may receive imagery, sensations, emotions, or messages. I may also invite you to place your hands on specific areas, breathe, or move gently as guided.
Post-Session Integration (30 minutes) [it is highly recommended to take this time post session]: You’ll have time to rest, journal, or move intuitively after the session. I’ll offer suggestions for integration, and if further insights come through after our time together. You're welcome to share your reflections via email as well.
This session is for those who feel ready to explore their inner world with intention and depth, while staying rooted in their own body’s wisdom.

Integrative Energy Session
60 minutes — In-Person
Packages available: 3, 5, or 10 sessions
This hands-on session weaves together Craniosacral Therapy, Dynamic Body Balancing, Myofascial Unwinding, and Intuitive Energy Work to support your body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs — whether you're navigating stress, physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or just feeling off and wanting to reconnect with yourself.
Rather than working on just one layer, this integrative approach supports the whole you — physical, emotional, energetic, and nervous system-level.
What’s Included:
A unique blend of the following modalities, depending on what your body needs that day:

A gentle, hands-on approach that helps regulate the nervous system by working with the rhythm of the craniosacral system. It supports deep relaxation, eases tension, and can shift long-held patterns in the body.

A fascia-based method rooted in osteopathic principles. This work supports structural alignment and energy flow by encouraging the body to unwind from the inside out. It’s especially helpful for physical tension, injuries, or postural imbalances.

A subtle, guided process where your body releases held tension and stored emotion through intuitive movement. This can support emotional processing, pain relief, and nervous system regulation.

Working with the energetic field of the body to bring awareness, balance, and healing. This may involve tracking sensations, imagery, or subtle shifts in energy — often revealing deeper insights or areas of support.
